Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We don’t ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates
- Orders under US$30: flat rate shipping of US$4.95.
- Orders of US$30 or more: free standard shipping.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. You’ll get an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another with tracking information once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during busy periods or if there are carrier delays.
Multiple packages
Items in one order may ship separately from different locations. If so, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number. You are only charged the shipping shown at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent to the email address you used at checkout when your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to show updates after you receive it.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before you place your order. We can’t change an address after an order has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you, and you may have to pay to have it sent again.
Lost, delayed or damaged orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of shipping, arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us at luci@deadlygorgeous.com with your order number and, if relevant, a photo. We’ll work with you to fix it. See our Refund Policy for details.
Taxes and duties
Prices shown are in US dollars. All orders are shipped within the United States, so no customs or import fees apply.
